We are searching for a dedicated, professional Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate sales for the company. You will build rapport with customers, listen to and address their needs, and provide a product or service as a solution to their problem.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should have experience working in a sales environment and be comfortable talking to customers one-on-one, over the phone.

Telecaller Duties And Responsibilities

Telephone Sales

Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers. Generate sales from customers, addressing their needs and overcoming objections. Receiving inbound calls and addressing customers’ questions/inquiries, as needed.

Communication and Collaboration

Communicate effectively and be able to provide critical feedback and receive feedback. Communicating and collaborating with senior management and across other departments, as needed. Resolve complaints and issues that may arise.

Production

Provide product information to customers. Meet sales targets and record performance. Perform note-taking during telephone conversations and follow up with customers, as needed. Be comfortable working with a variety of people from different backgrounds and locations.

Customer Service

Performing excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs, and selling relevant products/services. Persuade customers to take action and convince them that the product will help them solve their problems. Provide customer support in answering questions.

Product Knowledge and Recording

Recording calls to note client acceptance for product/service sales. Stay abreast of developments in product offerings. Take note of changes that products undergo, learn the benefits and features, and become a product expert.
