Telecaller Duties And Responsibilities
Telephone Sales
Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers. Generate sales from customers, addressing their needs and overcoming objections. Receiving inbound calls and addressing customers’ questions/inquiries, as needed.
Communication and Collaboration
Communicate effectively and be able to provide critical feedback and receive feedback. Communicating and collaborating with senior management and across other departments, as needed. Resolve complaints and issues that may arise.
Production
Provide product information to customers. Meet sales targets and record performance. Perform note-taking during telephone conversations and follow up with customers, as needed. Be comfortable working with a variety of people from different backgrounds and locations.
Customer Service
Performing excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs, and selling relevant products/services. Persuade customers to take action and convince them that the product will help them solve their problems. Provide customer support in answering questions.
Product Knowledge and Recording
